Amulet stores revivify with up to 15hp. Requires 1hr of prep per HP through 10, and 2hrs for 11-15

After the amulet is used, it cannot take a charge for 5 days

After use, roll 1d20. On a 5 and lower, the amulet disinegrates and is no longer useable.
