A product of the Valtoor Academy.
A vial filled with a deep blue liquid and yellow suspension swirling around quite rapidly throughout. If the the vial is lifted above 5 feet the yellow swirl slows to a complete stop in the potion's center and the potion is activated for 1d12 hours after which it becomes inert and useless.
If consumed, the target takes 2d10 poison damage and becomes <condition>petrified</condition> if a DC 20 Constitution Saving Throw is failed. The target takes half damage and is not petrified on a successful saving throw.
If thrown, upon impact the target creatures in a 10x10 circular area of effect take 1d4 poison damage. Target creatures must succeed a DC 15 Wisdom Saving Throw to take half damage and avoid petrification effects. Target creatures that failed their saves suffer the following petrification effects:
- A petrified creature is transformed, along with any nonmagical object it is wearing or carrying, into a solid inanimate substance (usually stone). Its weight increases by a factor of ten, and it ceases aging.
- Incapacitated. You have the Incapacitated condition.
- Speed 0. Your Speed is 0 and can't increase.
- Attacks Affected. Attack rolls against you have Advantage.
- Saving Throws Affected. You automatically fail Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
- Resist Damage. You have Resistance to all damage.
- Poison Immunity. You have Immunity to the Poisoned condition.
