These boots are unlike any you have ever seen before. They are not fashioned from any material known to you, plant or leather. The outer material is thin and lightly textured, almost like black parchment paper. Water and other elements roll right off of it, leaving the warm padded interior dry. For some reason, these boots like they were made for dancing, and dancing is what they do. While wearing these boots, you gain +3 to your Performance checks.

Curse. These boots are cursed. Attuning to them curses you until you are targeted by remove curse spell or similar magic. Removing the boots fails to remove the curse. You are possessed with the urge to dance to a beat only you can hear. In fact, dancing has become the only way you can express yourself. Whenever you attempt a social skill check, you must use your Performance skill and justify how you are attempting to use dance in that scenario to achieve your aims.
