Avarice’s Spellbook

This spellbook once belonged to the albino Tiefling leader of the Knights of the Black Sword - Avarice.  Anything written on its pages, can’t be damaged by fire or immersion in water. In addition, the spellbook doesn’t deteriorate with age. Any attempts to scribe new spells into the book cause it to magically create a new page for that spell.

At the time of book's discovery in the personal vault of Xardorok Sunblight, it contained the following spells:

burning hands
cone of cold
find familiar
ice storm
lightning bolt
rope trick
thunderwave
tongues
wall of fire
wall of force
detect magic
mage armor,
magic missile
flaming sphere
knock
scorching ray
counterspell
fireball
fly
banishment
fire shield
Bigby’s hand
Rary’s telepathic bond

Avarice was also an Arcane Brotherhood member, and it's members will know this book to be his on sight, pray they don't want it back!
