The fabric of this cloak is decorated with an ornate flame motif. As a bonus action you can cause low flames to burn along it, shedding light as a torch (30 feet of bright light and then 30 feet of dim light). This effect lasts until you use a bonus action again to stop the effect.

In addition, when a creature makes an attack roll against you, you may use your reaction to cause flames to whirl around and obscure you, giving your attacker disadvantage on the attack roll. Once you use this feature of the cloak, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
