This elegant armor appears as simple leather armor. When attuned, it grants the user access to Mask of Many Faces, and can appear as simple clothing instead of as armor.
While you are attuned to this armor, you are proficient with this armor. Additionally, you can add your full Dexterity modifier to this armor. If you have an ability that is limited by the armor you wear, such as Wild Shape, this armor does not interfere with that ability. This does not extend to Unarmored Defense.
Once a day, you can cast Disguise Self at will without expending a spell slot, as if you gained this ability from the Mask of Many Faces Eldritch Evocation. The effect lasts until it is dispelled by yourself as a free action, or by another magical effect such as Dispel Magic or Anti-Magic Field. You do not appear as illusioned under the effects of the Detect Magic Spell.
Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
Notes: Proficiency: Chain Mail, Str. 13 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
