When this fluffy white quill is used to write, the words burn with an ember-like glow before fading into normal-looking text. It can be used to write on any surface whatsoever. All writing made with this quill is permanent unless dispelled with a Remove Curse or Dispel Magic spell. Alternatively, a creature that succeeds on a DC 22 Arcana check can render the writing washable for 1 hour.
Not all Angel Feather Quills are made of actual angel feathers; most are manufactured by artificers, magewrights, or skilled calligraphers. However, any feather from an angel's wing has the properties of this item.
