This shimmering, semi-translucent cloak seems to drink in the light around it, glistening like fog in moonlight. When worn, the cloak subtly shifts with the air, often appearing to ripple as if underwater.

Properties:

• Arcane Infusion. You gain a +1 bonus to Arcana checks and spell attack rolls made in dim light or darkness.

• Veil’s Favor. While in fog, mist, or heavily obscured terrain, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks and cannot be tracked by mundane means.

• Warding Shroud (1/day). As a reaction when you are hit by an attack, you can cause the cloak to momentarily disperse into mist, granting you resistance to all damage from that attack. The cloak then re-forms immediately.

• Mistbound Vision. You can see normally through nonmagical fog, mist, or heavy precipitation within 30 feet.
