This gemstone is emblazoned with a complex rune. While holding the gemstone, you can use an action to cast Message cantrip or Sending spell from it. The target is another creature carrying an amethyst gemstone of messaging.
Once Sending is cast through the gemstone, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
