Yeah it's really silly. I emailed, got impatient, and did the cancel/resubscribe. Someone from DNDBeyond then responded to my email and said they'd refund the remainder of my first subscription. So, they do care and are responsive! It's just very, very weird that they don't have an easy way to do this after all this time. They've got a great product/service! Of course people are going to try it out and then want more.

Three years later! Still interested. The subscription page won't even tell me how much the Master Tier costs.
