I’m trying to make a home brew artifact for a Jewish lore based home brew series (Is that what you can it?) and I can’t. I know that need to make at least 4 artifacts and I don’t want to need to make them from scratch. So how do I make a artifact if I can.

I have made a maccabee fighter sub-class and I'm not sure if i can publish it due to Maccabees being religious warriors. also this is my first home brew out of a few Judaism inspired magic items and sub-classes so can I even publish them in the first place?
