I want to make a bugbear barbarian that gets an extra tile range to attacks as a racial trait. On top of that, path of the beast gives you a tail weapon when you rage. all this combined, i want to use the climbing provided by the level 6 feature allowing you to climb ceilings with basic movement speed. would there be disadvantage to attacking enemies below and do you get 15 feet of reach with the bugbear and barbarian combination?
I cannot access the TWFS regardless of what level I set the fighter. I read that you gain access to additional fighting styles after you choose one at third level, but I still cannot see it or any of the newer styles. is there a bug, do I need access to a book, or or is there something else I am missing?
I know there's an issue that causes dice to roll too slowly when hardware acceleration is disabled, but having it enabled causes the dice to roll about twice as fast as it should. i assume this has to do with frame rate. my slower monitor is about 60hz while the other is 240hz. is there any known fix or a ddb setting i'm unaware of?
side note: subscribe to the thread rather than just saying you have the same issue please.
hey, what's the average age range btw? mid 20's here. also i'm CST so the time works for me. i just joined another group recently who's still trying to pin down their time either on fridays or saturdays, but it's looking like they'd start saturdays around 5 or later so i should have time enough for both if you'll still have me.
i like to play grounded characters like dwarven scouts and veteran human halberdiers. i like playing just about everything and can play a serious or more casual game. have core books and dm experience.
have 3 players currently. everyone will start with a "role" in the hold to fit better than "you're in a tavern" and to give the group more cohesion in rp
oi. putting together a drawf campaign if you're interested. still have to develop it, but i'm trying to base it around the group playing rather than cookie cut and fit. https://discord.gg/66Sy2suB if you're interested.

and you're hanging from the ceiling by your hands. 5 feet from the ceiling and the height of the average bugbear plus the reach of the tail.

more focused adventure than "save the world somehow".
CT is my time-zone and weekends like the likely timeframe.
something stirs outside the hold. does intrigue tempt the fate of the beards?

oi. wouldn't mind giving it a go. been on both sides of the table for a few years and sounds like a good campaign.
