Incorporeal Corruption. Any non-magical weapon that hits Xaoc passes right through their body and is immediately corrupted into an animated version of the weapon that fights against the user.
Spellcasting. Xaoc is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +5 to hit with spell attacks). Xaoc has following Sorcerer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): chill touch, fire bolt, gust, lightning lure, thunderclap
1st level (4 slots): absorb elements, burning hands, chaos bolt, magic missile
2nd level (3 slots): blur, dragon's breath, shadow blade
3rd level (2 slots): fireball, lightning bolt
Multiattack. Xaoc makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) force damage.
Chaos Spray (recharge 5-6). Xaoc exhales pure chaos in a 30 ft. cone. All creatures in the cone must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 14 (4d6) damage of the type rolled on the chaos bolt table. If a creature succeeds their saving throw by 5 or more and they are a spellcaster, they gain a temporary boost to their spells. A spell slot no higher than 3rd level is gifted to them from Chaos incarnate. This temporary spell slot is lost upon use or within 1 minute.
Xaoc can take two legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Xaoc regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.
Move. Xaoc moves up to his movement without provoking opportunity attacks.
Slam. Xaoc makes a single slam attack.
Chaos Burst (Costs 2 Actions). Xaoc lets off a blast of Chaos energy in a 30 ft. radius centered on themself. All creatures within the radius lose all existing damage resistances until the end of Xaoc's next turn.
