Dark Shell. The Xenomorphic Wyvern has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks in areas of dim light or darkness.

Pack Tactics. The Xenomorphic Wyvern has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the Xenomorphic Wyvern's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Amphibious. The Xenomorphic Wyvern can breathe air and water.

Actions

Multiattack. The Xenomorphic Wyvern makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its stinger. While flying, it can use its claws in place of one other attack.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Stinger. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Acid Breath (Recharge 5–6). The Xenomorphic Wyvern exhales acid in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 30 (10d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Description

It possesses a structual perfection only matched by its hostility. If you were to meet one? I won't like about your chances. You'd have my sympatihies. - Elin Gentleheart, Adventurer

The origin of this species of Wyvern is shrouded in mystery, with no potential answers able to satisfy anyone. Some argue it should be an Abbertation, others a monstrosity but it is currently labeled as a dragon. The Xenomorphic Wyvern has the body shape of a normal Wyvern, in that it posses two wings, two legs, a head and a tail. Beyond that, it is a completely different organism.

The body of the Xenomorphic Wyvern is covered in a highly durable exoskeleton that not only protects it for all harm but also houses its most deadly feature. The blood of a Xenomorphic Wyvern is extremely acidic, able to corrode almost anything in a matter of seconds. Only items with powerful enchantments seem to be able to resist the acid. The Xenomorphic Wyvern also uses this acid as a projectile, making the acid impossible to avoid in an encounter.

The habits of a Xenomorphic Wyvern depend on how many there are. If the Xenomorphic Wyvern is alone, it will use stealth to pick off prey one by one. If there are multiple Xenomorphic Wyvern's they will all rush at the target, using their overwhelming numbers to kill their prey, using its powerful, extendable jaws, razor-like claws and spiked tail to rip and tear. Regardless, a Xenomorphic Wyvern is hostile to all forms of sentient life and will stop at nothing to kill it.

The Xenomorphic Wyvern's most dangerous feature, however, is its ability to reproduce. It is believed that these wyverns use a living host to grow before bursting out. They will then mature quickly into a full-grown Xenomorphic Wyvern. If left unchecked, a hive will form and then it takes an army to purge the hive. There are no records of it but rumours speak of a Queen Xenomorphic Wyvern, who is larger, smarter and controls the hive.
