Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the undead aboleth to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
Reduced Threat. This creature has -2 penalty on all ability checks and saving throws.
Multiattack. The undead aboleth makes three tentacle or bite attacks.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage plus 2 (1d4)poison damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the undead aboleth can't bite another target.
Swallow. The undead aboleth makes one bite attack against a Medium or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the grapple ends. The swallowed target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the undead aboleth, and it takes 2 (1d4) acid damage at the start of each of the undead aboleth's turns. The undead aboleth can have only one target swallowed at a time. If the undead aboleth dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 5 feet of movement, exiting prone.
