Melt. If the elemental takes fire damage, it partially Melts; its speed is reduced by 20 feet until the end of its next turn.
Multiattack. The elemental makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage and 6 (1d8 + 2) cold damage.
Frost Breath (Recharge 6). The elemental exhales a 15- foot cone of cold air. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4 (1d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
An air elemental ice essence was once a vapiric air elemental until it consumed a water elemental and became corrupted.
