Description
At around 3-4 feet tall, a massive serpent-like head with a small body, bloodsuckers at the end of its fingers and toes, a large stomach to go with its enormous appetite for blood. Opening its mouth with an unhinged jaw larger than its body size when prey enters results in virtually no difference on the surface of the Yara-ma-yha-who. Swallowing whole any adventures that cross the paths it hunts on, holding them for days on end till they get their fill.
They hunt solitarily, but groups have been known to converge in specific areas to ambush larger adventuring groups. Being avid climbers, they jump down from trees and onto their targets. Due to some weird property, one can not die while swallowed by a Yara-ma-yha-who but comes out extremely weak while also being left relatively near settlements. It is not known why this occurs.
