Seed: This trait allows it to create a seed of sorts that is placed somewhere in the ground and over time affects the area around it. It basically spreads and recreates the area on which the creator based it off. For example, if the creator makes the seed based on a swamp, it will spread and convert the area around it into a swamp. This affecting how plants grow, the animals, and all life in the area. These are powerful seeds and can only stop spreading when the creator either stops it purposely or dies. The seed also creates a force field-like barrier that surrounds the affected area that can be passed through quite easily. The barrier also emits a glamorous, shiny look attracting anyone within 120 feet from it. They must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. if successful you can resist the barrier but if unsuccessful you are compelled to go inside and do so unless forcefully restrained. Once inside the affected you experience whatever biome the seed has created and the life it has brought with it.

It also feels nothing (emotions) nor has any emotions but is just of higher intelligence probably being one of the most interesting creatures in its universe.
