Vigilant. The bodyguard can't be surprised.
Multiattack. The bodyguard makes three clobber attacks. It can replace up to two clobber attacks with attacks using its mace.
Clobber. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 14).
Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage, and the target must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the bodyguard either knocks the target prone or pushes the target 10 feet away.
Guard Ally (1/Day). The bodyguard chooses to focus on guarding one ally that it can see within 30 feet of it. Until the target dies or the bodyguard chooses another target to guard, the bodyguard can use a bonus action on its turn to move up to its speed toward the target.
Sacrificial Dive. When a creature within 5 feet of the bodyguard is hit by an attack, the bodyguard can choose to be hit by the attack instead, causing the original target to be missed. The bodyguard takes the full effects from the attack. If the attacked target is the bodyguard's guarded ally, the range of this reaction increases to 10 feet, and when it is used, the bodyguard moves to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the target without provoking opportunity attacks, and the target gains a +2 bonus to AC until the end of the bodyguard's next turn.
