Description
The XLRFS-96 Raven II is a continuation of the Raven Program, designed to produce a long range fire support and reconnaissance suit for fleet actions. Designed to be able to sit on the far reaches of the battle, providing locations of enemy forces and precision fire support. As it is specialized for space engagements, it struggles in ground operations, not being able to move once it touches down in a location without lifting off again, possibly exposing it to enemy detection and fire. It also struggles in a close quarters fight, lacking heavy armor or a close range weapon, so its pilots have developed a fighting style described as similar to kickboxing, exploiting its durable leg-like thrusters to 'kick' the target to escape.
