Staff of Charming. Zeeros carries a Staff of Charming that contains 10 charges. Zeeros can expend the charges to cast the following spells through the staff:
charm person, command, comprehend languages (1 charge)
Rogue Training. Zeeros can take a bonus action on each of his turns in combat. This action can be used only to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
Staff of Charming. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage, or 4 (1d8) bludgeoning damage if used with two hands.
Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage.
