Swarm.
The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny insect. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Bites.
Melee Weapon Attack: Reach 0 ft., one creature in the swarm's space. Hit: The target is infested by 1d4 grubs and takes 1 damage. At the start of each of the target's turns, the target takes 1d6 piercing damage per rot grub infesting it. Applying fire to the bite wound before the end of the target's next turn deals 1 fire damage to the target and kills these rot grubs. After this time, these grubs are too far under the skin to be burned. If a target infested by grubs ends its turn with 0 hit points, it dies as the rot grubs burrow into its heart and kill it. If any creature dies in this manner, a new swarm of undead botfly is created. Any effect that cures disease kills all grubs infesting the target.
Description
A type of undead parasitic fly, best known for disturbing images of its larval stage buried in skin and from horror stories of infested people succumbing to the horrific pain and suffering. The undead botfly survives by swarming their victims in an instant, and voraciously biting them while simultaneously implanting eggs into the host's body. While infesting a host the grubs will continuously feed inflicting periodic pain and damage to its victim. If left untreated the grubs will continue to grow in size inflicting more pain and suffering, but they also burrow towards the brain of its host killing it in the process. Once fully matured and full of essential brain matter, the grubs emerge from the eyes, ears, nose and mouth, as full adult undead botfly, immediately and instinctively forming a new swarm to aid its life cycle.
