Channel Divinity: Destructive Wrath. When Zachary rolls lightning or thunder damage, he can use his Channel Divinity to deal maximum damage, instead of rolling.

Mobile. When Zachary uses the Dash action, difficult terrain doesn't cost him extra movement on that turn. Moreover, when he makes a melee attack against a creature, he doesn't provoke opportunity attacks from that creature for the rest of the turn, whether Zachary hits or not.

Spellcasting. Zachary is a 4th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). Zachary has the following cleric spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): light, spare the dying, resistance, word of radiance
1st level (4 slots): cure wounds, fog cloud, protection from evil and good, shield of faith, thunderwave
2nd level (3 slots): aid, gust of wind, lesser restorationshattersilence, spiritual weapon

Channel Divinity (1/Short Rest).

Turn Undead. Each undead that can see or hear Zachary within 30 feet of him must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13). If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage.

A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from Zachary as it can, and it can’t willingly move to a space within 30 feet of Zachary. It also can’t take reactions. For its action, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there’s nowhere to move, the creature can use the Dodge action.

Bonus Actions

Masterwork Sickle (off-hand attack). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) slashing damage.

Reactions

Wrath of the Storm (3/Long Rest). When a creature within 5 ft. that Zachary can see hits him with an attack, he can use his reaction to cause the creature to make a DEX saving throw (DC 13) or it takes 9 (2d8) lightning or thunder damage (your choice), or half damage on success.

Zachary is a 4th-level cleric of Kord (or Tempus, if not using the Greyhawk setting). His domain is the Tempest domain, and he has the Mobile feat.
