Shapechanger. Zehra can use her action to polymorph into a Large human/ursine hybrid or into a Large bear, or back into her true form, which is human. Its statistics, other than its size and AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.
Keen Smell. Zehra has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Great Weapon Fighter. When Zehra makes an attack with her greatsword, she can reroll the damage dice if the results are a 1 or a 2.
Power Attack. Zehra can subtract 5 from her attack rolls, if the the attack hits, it deals an additional 10 points of damage.
Thick Hide. Zehra reduces bludgeoning piercing or slashing damage dealt to her by 3.
For Mistress Katia. If Zehra is reduced to 0 hit points by an attack that deals 10 points of damage or less, she is instead reduced to 1 hit point, and gains advantage on her attack rolls, and saving throws, until the end of her next turn. She gains a regeneration effect, and will regain 10 hit points at the start of her turn, for 1 minute. The regeneration will end if Zehra is hit with a silver weapon.
Multiattack. In bear form, the werebear makes two claw attacks. In humanoid form, it makes two greataxe attacks. In hybrid form, it can attack like a bear or a humanoid.
Bite (Bear or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10+4) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werebear lycanthropy.
Claw (Bear or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8+4) slashing damage.
Silver Megalospathi (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6+4) slashing damage.
