Ungual Ogre Clan Traits Each Ungual Ogre have a history that traces back to an animal of some kind, pick one of these for a clan trait.

Goat-like. Thick, flattened skull with goat-like horns. Gains Ram attack (+6 to hit, 2d8+4 damage) and Charge (Deal an extra 2d4 damage on Ram attack, if able to move 20’ in a straight line prior to attack).

Mule-like. Large, mule-like ears, and powerful hunched back. Gains Beast of Burden (Treat as Huge size for purposes of carrying capacity), and a 45’ move speed (instead of 30’).

Hippo-like Broad. rounded muzzle, and thick rubbery skin. Gains Bite attack (+6 to hit, 2d10+4 damage, target is grappled, escape DC 13), Hold Breath (hold breath for up to 15 minutes) and 30’ swim speed.

Boar-like Protruding tusks and pig-like nose. Gains Relentless (if takes 10 damage or less that would reduce it to 0 hit points, is reduced to 1 hit point instead), and Keen Smell (Advantage on Perception checks related to smell).

Description

This subrace of ogres hail from the rolling scrub hills region around the Broken Tower. Although abandoned for many decades, the land surrounding this shattered mage tower have been subtly warped by the residual arcane magic that still emanates from the stones.
