Traits

Telepathic Bond. Xen'renu ignores the range restriction on its telepathy when communicating with a creature it has charmed. The two don't even need to be on the same plane of existence.

Shapechanger. Xen'renu can use its action to polymorph into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into its true form. Without wings, the fiend loses its flying speed. Other than its size and speed, its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

The Ultimate Charmer. Xen'renu can charm up to two creatures at a time instead of one. 

Etherealness.
 Xen'renu magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or
vice versa.

Night Queen Xen'renu.
At the cost of half her health and 1 action, Xen'renu can transform into Night Queen Xen'renu for 1 round. After the transformation into Night Queen Xen'renu all damage received is halved. On Xen'renu's first successful hit, Xen'renu's damage is doubled. In addition for 1 round Xen'renu's walking and flying speed are doubled. After 1 round has ended, Xen'renu goes back to her normal form and is unable to transform again for 1 round. 

The Queen of Hell Is Here (Night Queen Form Only)  The typical charm rules no longer apply. Xen;renu can now charm any creature. The DC is now a 18 Wisdom save. The target who is successfully charmed no longer gets a save roll if Xen'renu commands them to do a harmful command. If Xen'renu commands them to do a suicidal act, the target must complete it and upon their death their soul belongs to Xen'renu in hell. Any creature immune to Charm, Xen'renu still cannot charm them. 
 

Actions

Multiattack (Fiend Form Or Night Queen Only). Xen'renu can make up to 3 actions per turn.

Claw (Fiend  or Night Queen Form Only).
Melee Weapon Attack:
+5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (3d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Xen'renu's Hellish Sword. Melee Weapon Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. (10d8 + 4) slashing damage and 2d6 Fire damage and 2d6 Necrotic damage.

Charm. Two humanoids Xen'renu can see within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed for 1 day. The charmed target(s) obeys Xen'renu verbal or telepathic commands. If the target(s) suffers any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. If the target(s) successfully saves against the effect, or if the effect on it ends, the target(s) is immune to Xen'renu's Charm for the next 24 hours.

Xen'renu can have only up to two targets charmed at a time. If it charms another, the effect on one of the previous targets ends.

Draining Kiss. Xen'renu kisses a creature charmed by it or a willing creature. The target must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw against this magic, taking (7d10 + 5) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

The Night Queen Cometh (Night Queen Form Only)  (Recharge 5-6)At the cost 2 of Xen'renu's actions, Xen'renu can enter the mind of 1 target and see their deepest desires fears. Using the target's desires and fears against them, Xen'renu blasts the target with an overwhelming psychic blast dealing 16d6 psychic damage. The target can attempt to resist by making a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw. On a successful roll the target takes half damage. 

Amaya My Love (Night Queen Form Only) As an action, Xen'renu's eyes glow bright red, her claws glow bright red as she summons the spirit of Amaya. For as long as Xen'renu is in Night Queen form, Amaya's spirit will take her turn immediately after Xen'renu. Amaya has full access to her character sheet as if she was alive. The only exception is she has none of the armor or weapons of when she was alive. Amaya has 1 dagger. A Dagger of Hellish Spirit that does 3d4 piercing damage and 3d8 psychic damage on a successful hit on any creature with a soul.

Any buffs and abilities Amaya had from her race or class CAN be implemented. 
Amaya has full awareness and can talk as if she was alive.  

Only 1 Amaya spirit can be summoned at a time. 

Amaya's HP changes to 45 and if Amaya gets attacked and dies, she vanishes immediately. Amaya can be summoned again by Xen'renu only. 

Amaya's AC is now 11.

Amaya gains the following damage immunities: Cold Necrotic and Poison.
Amaya gains the following condition immunities: Charmed, Exhaustion, Frightened, Grappled, Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned, Prone, Restrained
Amaya gains the following damage resistances: Acid, Fire, Lightning, Thunder; Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing From Nonmagical Attacks
