Exo-Matter - Made from a form of matter created from materials from other worlds, the Exo Mechs can impose disadvantage 5/Day on targeting and attack rolls.
Serpentine Structure - Exo Mech model XM-05, being made of many conjoined segments, allows it to curve and swerve much like the slither of a serpent, though due to it's high-grade tech, it can fly 180ft. This speed is not hindered by any obstacles, as it can also burrow, swim, and control it's placement outside of atmosphere.
Slam - Unarmed Strike: +16 to hit, reach 20 ft., circle AOE. Hit: 60 (10d12 + 20) bludgeoning damage.
Gamma Disintegration Beam - Ranged Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, range 200 ft., line AOE. Hit: 80 (14d12 + 40) radiant damage.
Red Exo Pulse Laser - Ranged Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, range 200 ft., line AOE. Hit: 70 (12d12 + 30)

Burrow - Quickly cutting through the ground, XM-05 Thanatos relocates itself to avoid damage, though due to it's larger size, it only increases AC by 5 points instead of avoiding damage.
Thanatos gets 1 legendary action that recharges on it's turn.

Description
A mechanical danger to all and one of three Exo Mechs, originally created by the mechanical master Draedon and reforged by a master artificer, an Aasimar with far too much time named Delta. This recreation is nothing in comparison to the original due to intentional design alterations to help prevent it from going on a rampage.
Within Delta's clutch also resides a singularity drive that, when plugged into any of her Exo Mech recreations, power them up and remove those added weaknesses until the drive is removed.
