Description

It takes a strong will and a strong mind for non-natives to willingly brave the Underdark more than once. For Underdark merchants as for so many adventurers the lure of such expeditions is coming home rich, though they go about it a different manner, selling surface goods to the deep dwelling inhabitants and returning with rarities to sell on the surface. Though any merchant who makes a living of trading with the Drow, svirfneblin and other Underdark races likely has at least some expertise in magic and sword play to back up their quick wits and silver tongues these shrewd hagglers tend to leave the fighting to hired guards and thugs
