Rakish Audacity. You add your CHA modifier (+4) to your initiative rolls. You don’t need advantage on the attack roll to use your Sneak Attack against a creature if you are within 5 ft. of it, no other creatures are within 5 ft. of you, and you don’t have disadvantage on the attack roll.
The Khan's sharp tongue. As an action, Xiabius can make a Persuasion check contested by a creature’s Insight check. On success, a hostile creature has disadvantage on attack rolls against targets and can't make opportunity attacks against targets other than him for 1 minute, or until one of his allies engages it or it gets more than 60 ft. from him.
Laughing in War's face. Xiabius is a Master of the Dao-blade, wielding it with elegance and precision, flowing from attack to defense, ever moving. As a result he raises his AC by +5 when wielding his Dao and adds +2 on any damage roll he makes with his Dao. The bonus is included in his profile. When he looses the Dao-Blade, lower his AC by 5 and his damage by 2.
Multiattack. Xiabius attacks twice on his turn.
Red Hawk Dao. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (1d8 + 9) slashing damage.
Lord of Summer Lightning. The Khan is a master duelist, chipping away on his opponents patience with needle like attacks before end the fight violently and suddenly. Once per turn, if Xiabius fights an enemy without any assitance and has no disadvantage on his attack he deals additional [roll]7d6[/roll] with the first attack that hits his target. When Xiabius make a melee attack against a target, this target can not take a oppurtunity attack against him.
Cunning Action. Xiabius can take Disengage, Dash or Hide as a Bonus Action each turn.
Free as the hawk. The Khan can use a bonus action to gain advantage on the next acrobatics or athletics check he make during the same turn.
