Regeneration: at the start of its turn the titan regains 15 hit points.
Severed Nape: An abnormal titan can be killed instantly by severing its nape. The nape has an AC of 25 and requires at least 15 points of slashing damage to sever. The player must tell the DM it is their intention to aim for the nape before rolling their attack. If the player misses the nape, then the attack misses entirely.
Multiattack. the abnormal titan makes three attacks.
Grab. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (3d6 + 5) [bludgeoning] damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 14).
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit; reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 21 (4d8 +3) piercing damage, and grapple ends (escape DC 14). Until this grapple end the titan is restrained and the titan cant bite another target.
Swallow. A titan makes a bit attack against a target it has grappled in its mouth. If the attack hits the grapple hits and the target is swallowed. The swallowed target is restrained, it has a total cover against attacks and other effects outside the titan, and it takes 7 (2d6) acid damage at the start of each of the titan's turns. The titan can have one target swallowed at a time. If the titan dies the target is no longer restrained by it and can escape using 5 feet of movement.
