Baton Charge. If the union buster moves 15 feet in a straight line before making a melee attack against a creature, the attack has additional benefits. A truncheon attack deals an additional 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage, and a shove attack grants the union buster advantage on the resulting Strength (Athletics) check.
Truncheon. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage.
Shove. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (2d4) bludgeoning damage, and the union buster makes a Strength (Athletics) check contested by the target's Strength (Athletics) check. If the union buster wins, the target is pushed 5 feet away and falls prone.
Pepper Spray. Ranged Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, range 20 ft., one to three targets. Hit: 1 acid damage, and the target is blinded until the end of the union buster's next turn.
Police Brutality. If a creature is knocked prone within 5 feet of the union buster, the union buster can make an opportunity attack against them. The union buster can't use this reaction on its own turn.
Description
Union Busters are heavily armoured thugs hired by powerful figures to suppress popular movements by force. They are well-trained in riot control and intimidation tactics.
