Pack Tactics. The velociraptor has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the velociraptor's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Pounce. If the velociraptor moves at least 20 ft. straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the velociraptor can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.
Alternatively if the intended target is a large or larger creature if the creature fails the DC 13 Strength saving throw then the velociraptor can choose to "cling on" onto the large creature. When in this position the raptor can attack as normal and can make a sickle attack. If the large creature wants to shake off the velociraptor than it has to compete with the raptors acrobatics (as if freeing from a grapple).
Grappling. If the velociraptor chooses to grapple a target it needs to first make a bite attack to hold it. If the target is grappled the velociraptor can't make a bite attack on another target but it can make an attack with its sickle.
Multiattack. The velociraptor makes two claw attacks.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8 + 3) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Sickle. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d10 + 3) piercing damage. (can only use this attack when grappling a target* or if target is prone)
