Innate Spellcasting. The serpentfolk innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). The serpentfolk can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: animal friendship (snakes only)
3/day: suggestion
1/day: fear
Magic Resistance. The serpentfolk has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. The serpentfolk makes two ranged attacks or three melee attacks.
Bite (Serpentfolk Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) poison damage.
Constrict (Serpentfolk Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the yuan-ti can’t constrict another target.
Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Spectral Fangs. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (3d8 + 4) poison damage.
Shape Theft. After the serpentfolk kills a Medium or smaller Humanoid, the serpentfolk can magically transform itself to look and feel like that creature while retaining its game statistics (other than its size). This transformation lasts until the serpentfolk dies or uses an action to end it.
