Yilrag The Worshiper

Special Dragonborn. Yilrag The Worshiper can be either a human, human-dragon hybrid, or a dragon.

Spellcasting. Yilrag The Worshiper is a 9-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is intelligence (spell save DC 15, +2 to hit with spell attacks). Yilrag The Worshiper has following Wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Poison Spray 
3rd level (3 slots): Fireball, Lightning Bolt                                                                               5th level (3 slots): Cone of Cold

Multiattack. Yilrag The Worshiper makes 2 melee attacks

Talon Swipe. Yilrag The Worshiper swipes with their draconic talons and deals  3d10 slashing damage

Horn Attack. Yilrag The Worshiper attacks with their draconic horns and deals 3d12 piercing damage and the target becomes grappled.

Aggressive. Yilrag can fly towards any hostile target equal to its fly speed as a bonus action.

Human Transform. Yilrag The Worshiper can transform into its human form on its turn as an action. this only works in its Partial dragon form.

Partial Transform. Yilrag The Worshiper can transform into its partial dragon form on its turn as an action. this only works in its full dragon form or human form.

Full Transform. Yilrag The Worshiper can transform into its full dragon form on its turn as an action. this only works in its partial dragon form.

Elemental Breath. Yilrag The Worshiper can chose any breath weapon between fire, ice, lightning, and poison. This attack only works in the partial or full dragon form
