Xenophanes

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Xenophanes fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Xenophanes has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Innate Spellcasting. Xenophanes innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20, +12 to hit with spell attacks). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: Vortex Warp, Inflict Wounds, and Hellish Rebuke.
3/day each: Counterspell and Ray of Enfeeblement
2/day each: Staggering Smite and Destructive Wave
1/day each: Slow, Immolation, and Circle of Death

Multiattack. Xenophanes makes two Claw Swipe attacks.

Claw Swipe. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d8 + 10) slashing damage. 

Static Visage (Recharge 1, 2). Xenophanes assaults creatures in a 30ft. radius area with red deafening static. Each creature must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 17), taking 21 (6d6) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Maddening Laughter (Recharge 3, 4). Xenophanes lets out a spine chilling laugh that effects one creature he can see. That creature must make a Charisma saving throw (DC 20) perceiving all allies as Xenophanes on a failed save. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the start of each of it's turns to remove the effect.

I AM GOD. If Xenophanes rolls a 1, he can choose to make that roll an automatic success instead.

Xenophanes can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Xenophanes regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
