Pack Tactics. The Abhorrent Wolf has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the wolf's allies is within 5 ft. of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Actions

Lurch. As a move action, the Abhorrent Wolf can liquefy and re-from in any square within a 30 foot radius of its starting point. This action prevents attacks of opportunity from being taken against it.     

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., # target. Hit:  (2d6 + 4) piercing damage. If the target is a creature it must succeed a DC 14 Constitution Saving Throw or take an additional 2d4 Necrotic Damage.

Piercing Howl. Area of effect Attack:  As an action every 1d4+1 rounds the Abhorrent Wolf can howl but the sound is more than just a howl. It can be felt deep within the mind. All non aberration creatures must make a DC 14 Constitution Saving Throw or take 3d8 Psychic damage (half damage on successful saves)   

Description

This creature was once an ordinary wolf but seems to have been completely transformed by contact with some horrendous entity. The features of a wolf are there but in place of fur in most places the wolf's skin appears to be coated in a pulsating black tar. The face is horrifically changed with teeth sticking out all throughout its jaw and there are glowing purple slits where its eyes should be.
