Storm Touched: The bear is storm incarnate and is always covered by a 100ft radius storm cloud. Whenever the bear would be subject to lightning damage from a source other than itself it regains hit points equal to half that amount instead of taking damage; If it regained 10 or more hit points in this way, it rolls to recharge Thunderfall.
Innate Spellcasting. The Thunderborn bear's spellcasting ability is wisdom(Spell Save DC 15). The Thunderborn bear can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components.
At will: Gust, Lightning Lure, Shocking Grasp, Thunder Clap, Call lightning
Multiattack. The bear makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Thunderfall: (Recharge 6). The bear leaps up to its movement without provoking opportunity attacks; a single target within 5 feet of where the bear lands must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 32 (5d12) lightning damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a success, the target takes half damage and suffers no other effects.
Other targets within a 15 foot radius sphere centered on the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 16 (4d8) thunder damage, is pushed 15 feet, and is knocked prone. On a success, the target/s take half damage and suffers no other effects.
The Thunderborn bear may cast an innate cantrip as a reaction
The Thunderborn Bear can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Thunderborn bear regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
