Failed creation. Due to how the aberration mutant was created the body of the mutant naturally rejects itself causing its body to be deformed meaning the aberration mutant must take 2 (1d4) necrotic damage at the end of its turn.

Unstable body. If the aberration mutants hit points are reduced to 0 then all creatures within a 5 ft radius of the aberration mutant must make a dc 16 dexterity saving throw as this creatures body combusts and turns to ash damaging them for 15 (3d10) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save.

Multiattack. The aberration mutant makes two claw attacks.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d10) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) psychic damage.

Mental Shock (Recharges 3). The aberration mutant targets one creature in sight and within 30 ft, the targeted creature must make a dc 14 wisdom saving throw as the aberration mutant uses its unnatural connection to the outer planes to damage the mind of the target causing 10 (1d10 + 5) psychic damage and is paralyzed on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save.
