Xayah, The Rebel

Deadly Plummage. Xayah uses her magical plumage as a catalyst to create and empower her feather daggers. Xayah's Feather Daggers ignore resistance to slashing damage and deal an additional 4 (1d6) force damage (included in attack).
Fey Ancestry. Xayah has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Lhotlan Battle Dancer. Xayah may add both Dexterity and Charisma to determine AC when not wearing armor or wielding a shield. Additionally, if she is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, Xayah instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.
Sneak Attack. Once per turn, Xayah deals an extra 12 (3d6) damage when she hits a target with a weapon attack.
Legendary Resistance (3/Long Rest). If Xayah fails a saving throw, she may choose to succeed instead.

Multiattack. Xayah makes two attacks with Feather Daggers.
Feather Daggers. Melee/Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft., range 60ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage plus 4 (1d6) force damage. Sneak attack: +12 (3d6)

Featherstorm (Recharge 6). Xayah channels power into her magical plumage, launching a wave of Feather Daggers in a 60-foot cone (planting 15 feathers for Bladecaller). Creatures of Xayah's choice within the cone must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. Creatures take 24 (6d6) slashing damage plus 8 (2d6) force damage on a failure or half as much on a success.

Double Daggers (Recharge 5-6). Xayah makes two off-hand attacks instead of one.
Cunning Action. Xayah can Dash, Disengage, or Hide.

Battle Dance. Xayah reduces damage taken from an attack by 12 (3d6). If this reduces the damage to 0, she may make a Feather Daggers attack against her attacker.

Xayah can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Xayah regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Attack. Xayah makes one Feather Daggers attack.
Too Slow! Xayah moves up to half her speed. This movement does not trigger opportunity attacks.
Let's Dance.. (Costs 2 Actions). Xayah gains +2 to her AC until the start of her next turn.
Bladecaller (Costs 2 Actions). Xayah recalls all planted feathers to herself. Creatures between her and her feathers must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw as the blades whip past them. Creatures take 4 (1d4 +1) slashing damage per feather on a failure or half as much on a success.
Feather's Fly! (Costs 3 Actions). Xayah recharges Featherstorm, then moves up to her speed without triggering opportunity attacks.
