Madness of Dragons. Zeke's mind is twisted and broken, consumed just as much by the dragon blood he drinks. Nothing can stand in his path, nothing can reason with him, and even his old alignment with the Blood Knights has been severed.

Spellcasting. Zeke is a 5th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is [10] (spell save DC 12, +3 to hit with spell attacks). Zeke has following spells prepared: 
4th level (1 slot): Bloodbolt, Hellbrand

5th level (1 slot): Dragonstorm, Eyes of Insanity

Actions

Fury of the Dragonkin. Upon reaching half health, Zeke's wings unfold and his twinblade is charged with hellish red lightning, giving all his melee attacks an extra 1d4 Lightning damage.

Primal Instinct. After receiving 3 successive hits, Zeke jumps or flies back 10ft and uses either Madness Maelstrom or Wings of the Devourer.

Twinblade Cyclone. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5-10 ft., 4 target(s). Hit: (1d12 + 3) Slashing damage. 

Twinblade Boomerang. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d8 + 2) Slashing damage. 

 

Reactions

Double-Edge. If an unseen enemy attempts to hit Zeke from behind, he automatically stabs them with the back end of his twinblade, dealing 1d8 Piercing damage.

Legendary Actions

Madness Maelstrom (Costs 1 Actions). Zeke flies into the air and then dives down, letting the insanity of dragons flow from his body. He deals 2d12 Lightning damage to every creature within a 20ft radius of his landing.

Wings of the Devourer (Costs 1 Actions). Zeke rushes forward enveloping 1 target with his wings. He proceeds to attack them viciously with his teeth dealing 1d20 Blood damage. 

Description

There are legends abundant about Zeke, the Devourer of Dragons yet one thing is sure, he is tainted and insane down to his core. He has consumed the forbidden blood of dragons, twisting his heart and mind. Locked away in the Hall of Souls, he is banished, but escape is inevitable.
