Xingese gangs travelling the desert and destroying towns. They are armed with a mix of Xingese and Amestrian weaponry. 

2 of them will have Xingese muskets.

2 of them will have Amestrian pepperboxes. (One of those is the only mechanic)

Amestiran pistol Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 80 ft./320 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d10+ 1) piercing damage... the gun will misfire of a 1 and will take an action to repair. Fail to repair will break the gun. 

Muskat ranger weapon attack. 80 ft. 1d10+2 peiercing damage. The gun needs to be reloaded after every shot. 

 

Description

This gang of bandits has been roaming the deserts between Amesrice and Xing on horse and Camel back. They are disgraced Xingese military personnel that have taken to robbing and terrorising the countryside.  

Recently they have been outfitted with new guns, courtesy of the Amestrian military on the condition that they dont cross the border and concentrate of killing and massaging the countryside population.  

They belong almost all to the higher casts.
