Devil’s Sight. Magical darkness doesn’t impede Zashiresha’s darkvision.
Dual Essence. Zashiresha is treated like he is both an Undead and Fiend or the purposes of any features or spells which effect either of those creature types.
Limited Magic Immunity. Zashiresha can't be affected or detected by spells of 6th level or lower unless it wishes to be. It has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.
Innate Spellcasting. Zashiresha's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). Zashiresha can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: detect magic, detect thoughts, disguise self, mage hand, minor illusion
3/day each: charm person, darkness, invisibility, major image, suggestion
1/day each: dispel magic, dominate person, fly, plane shift, true seeing
Multiattack. Zashiresha makes two Claw or Grave Bolt attacks.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage, and the target is cursed if it is a creature. The magical curse takes effect whenever the target takes a long rest, filling the target's thoughts with horrible images and dreams. Upon finishing a long rest, the cursed creature must roll a saving throw or become exhausted as if they had not rested, and cannot remove any levels of exhaustion. The curse lasts until it is lifted by a remove curse spell or similar magic.
Grave Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (3d8) necrotic damage. If the target is Large or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or become restrained as shadowy tendrils wrap around it for 1 minute. A restrained target repeat the saving throw at the end of it's turn, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Zashiresha can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Zashiresha regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.
Attack. Zashiresha makes one Claw or Grave Bolt attack.
Warlord’s Command (Costs 2 Actions). Zashiresha targets up to two allies that he can see within 30 feet of him. If a target can see and hear him, the target can make one weapon attack as a reaction and gains advantage on the attack roll.
Disrupt Life (Costs 3 Actions). Each non-undead creature within 20 feet of Zashiresha must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw against this magic, taking 21 (6d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
