Implacable Undead. If damage reduces the undying juggernaut to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 3 + the damage taken, it has disadvantage on this save if the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the undying juggernaut drops to 1 hit point instead and gains 15 temporary hit points.
Glutton For Punishment. When an allied undead within 20 feet of the undying juggernaut takes damage, half of the damage it takes is instead taken by the undying juggernaut. The transferred damage is converted to force damage and cannot be reduced in any way.
Multiattack. The undying juggernaut makes one Bully attack and one Slam attack.
Bully. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6+4) bludgeoning damage and the target must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be Grappled and knocked Prone.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8+4) bludgeoning damage. If the target of Slam is Prone, it takes an additional 4 (2d8) bludgeoning damage.
Throw. The undying juggernaut throws a creature it has Grappled at a space within 15 feet of it. The creature takes 9 (1d10+4) bludgeoning damage and falls Prone the unoccupied space to where it was aimed. If the undying juggernaut targets another creature with its throw, the target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take the same damage as the thrown creature and be knocked Prone.
