Multiple Heads: Xiandrac has 9 heads. While it has more than one head, Xiandrac has advantage on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious. Whenever Xiandrac takes damage, each head makes a separate saving throw against being severed. If all 9 heads are severed, Xiandrac dies.
Multiattack: Xiandrac makes three attacks: one with its tail and two with its heads.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 4) piercing damage.
Tail: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained.
Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6): Xiandrac exhales venomous gas in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Head Rejuvenation: Whenever one of Xiandrac heads is severed, it grows back at the end of its next turn. If all heads are severed simultaneously, Xiandrac dies.
Description
Nightmare straight outta chinese mythology, Xiandrac is a onyx snake with 9 heads. Scales are impenetrable and the only way to defeat it is to shoot the white middle head through the eyes. The eyes are constantly closed with impenetrable scale lids until he makes a breath attack.
