Standing Leap. The xeraca’s long jump is up to 60 feet and its high jump is up to 40 feet, with or without a running start.

Actions

Sting. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: The target is grappled and must make a DC 20 constitution saving throw. On failure, the target loses 1d4 of their constitution score. This effect repeats on every turn that the target remains grappled. The target can restore their constitution score by 1 point by drinking 1 gallon of water, up to their original score. If the target's constitution score reaches zero, the target is petrified indefinitely. They can be restored by soaking in water for one minute: This also restores their original constitution score.

Dry Ground. All of the land within 30ft of the xeraca becomes difficult terrain. If it was not already difficult terrain, the xeraca can move through it as normal.

Description

Xeracas are insectoid creatures from the elemental plane of salt. They have the head and back of a tick, the legs and body of a flea, and the wings and tail of a mosquito.
