Traits

Voidal Creator. As the Creator of hives and parasites, Zee`isle can command any hive creature and rapidly speed up the assimilation of parasites.

Overlord Of Parasites. Zee`isle can create any kind of parasite inside of any enemies within 800 ft of it.

Emperor Of The Hive Mentality. Zee`isle can summon any hive and horde creatures, within 1000 ft, to fight by its side.

Actions

Zee`isle, Creator of hives and parasites, is able to use ONE of the following moves at the beginning of each of its turns.

Parasitic Bite. Zee'isle uses its jaws to bite and inject parasites into a target. If hit, the target takes 210 (20d20) piercing damage. The hit target must also succeed at a DC10 Constitution saving throw or gain a level of Parasites until the parasites are removed from the target's insides.

Acidic Bile. Zee'isle releases large amounts of highly acidic bile, hitting anything within 120 feet. Any creature hit by the bile takes 157 (15d20) acidic damage. They must also succeed at a DC15 Constitution saving throw or gain a level of Bile Effect until the battle is concluded.

[Parasites] Stacks up to 3 layers. For each layer of Parasites, the host has -5 INT and -5 WIS.

[Bile Effect] Stacks up to 3 layers. For each layer of Bile Effect, the affected creature has -5 CON and -5 DEX.

Bonus Actions

If one somehow manages to bring me to death's doorstep, I shall personally give the mighty trait "Emperor Of The Hive Mentality" to the one who slayed me, for a creature powerful enough to defeat me deserves such power.

Legendary Actions

Zee`isle may take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option may be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Zee`isle regains spent legendary actions every three rounds.

CONSUME. Zee`isle may consume ALL surrounding allies in order to heal (10d20) hit points. If no hordes or hives are present, Zee`isle will consume the surrounding terrain instead, only healing (3d20) hitpoints. *Zee`isle must not be in its lair to use this action.

Deafening Screech. Zee`isle screeches with all of its might. Creatures within 700 ft must make a DC 17 Strength or Constitution saving throw or take 157 (15d20) force damage and fall prone on a failed throw, or take 52 (5d20) force damage on a successful throw.

Description

Zee`isle is the O-5 of The 13 Core Voidal Creators. It is a gargantuan, brownish black leech-like creature with giant scythe-like legs and 4 larger legs by its mouth. As the 5th weakest of 13, one may assume that, with enough power, Zee`isle is no challenge, they are terribly mistaken.

Zee`isle has total control over any hives, hordes, and parasitic creatures, allowing it to quickly flood the battle field with an overwhelming amount of creatures. Zee`isle is also the size and length of a few mountains, has extreme strength, and bears a Pure Void exoskeleton, giving it extreme power in offense and defense.

NOTE - Zee'isle does not attempt death saving throws.

Lair and Lair Actions

The living layer senses your presence and alerts its parent of your approach, the floor and walls are covered in tumors, open carcasses, and veins. Multiple streams of highly acidic saliva leak from the ceiling and pool onto the floor.

Lair Actions

Upon entry of its lair, Zee`isle may use a free lair action at the beginning of it turns to cause one of the following effects; Zee`isle can’t use the same action two rounds in a row:

  • 5 nearby tumors burst open, releasing various species that have been assimilated by the parasites. The species is random and have slightly higher stats than their normal counterparts.
  • Nearby holes in the ceiling suddenly release giant streams of highly acidic saliva. Any creatures caught in the blast must make DC 10 Strength saving throw, taking 105 (10d20) acid damage on a failed save, or taking 10 (1d20) acid damage on a successful save.
  • Howls and grumbling fill the air as your surroundings begin to rapidly decay and swell. All creatures within the lair must take 52 (5d20) acid damage, 21 (2d20) force damage, and 31 (3d20) poison damage. Zee`isle takes 105 (10d20) damage instead.

Regional Effects

The region containing Zee`isle's most prized abomination is transformed by the parasites, causing the following effects:

  • The land within 10 miles of the lair contains only assimilated hosts (The region's normal creatures are the hosts) and parasites.
  • Water sources within 8 miles of the lair are bloodied and filled with carnivorous leeches.
  • The land within 5 miles of the lair is tinted dark red. All of the flora are either decaying, completely controlled by parasites, or are parasitic themselves.
  • Within 3 miles of the lair, the clouds consist of blood, water sources are replaced with a slightly acidic saliva, mindless corpses travel towards various parasite breeding grounds, and the flora leech off nearby carcasses.
  • Within 1 mile of the lair, an endless horde of parasitic creatures, that won't hesitate to claim your fine group of fresh hosts for themselves, surround the lair.

If Zee`isle dies, the surrounding hosts and parasites will remain until slain. However, they are no longer one and now follow their instincts, constantly hunting down one another for food and fighting over hosts.
