Description
The Ablutophobic Horror is a creature driven by an extreme fear of water and cleanliness. It has become a monstrous embodiment of filth and decay. It has a humanoid shape, but with skin that is cracked, peeling, and covered in grime and filth. Its hair is matted and full of debris. It is resistant to water-based attacks and spells. If forced to enter water, the creature takes damage and is hindered. The Ablutophobic Horror can expel a cloud of noxious filth that damages and weakens creatures caught within it.
