Traits

Divine Presence (Aura). Yaoshi emits an aura of life and abundance in a 300-foot radius. Allies within the aura regain 30 hit points at the start of their turn. Enemies that start their turn in the aura must make a DC 27 Constitution saving throw or have their maximum hit points reduced by 20 until they finish a long rest.

Immortality of Abundance. When Yaoshi is reduced to 0 hit points, they immediately regain 500 hit points and enter their Mythic Form (see below). This ability can be used once per day.

Reality-Warping Presence. Yaoshi’s mere existence twists reality. Spells of 6th level or lower cast within 120 feet of Yaoshi automatically fail unless Yaoshi allows them to succeed. Additionally, creatures within this area cannot teleport or plane shift without Yaoshi’s permission.

Regenerative Bloom. At the start of their turn, Yaoshi regains 100 hit points. 

Spellcasting. Yaoshi is a 20th-level spellcaster. Their spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 27, +19 to hit with spell attacks). They require no material components to cast their spells. Their spell list includes:
at will: Guidance, Light, Sacred Flame, Spare the Dying   

3/day each: Mass Cure Wounds, Greater Restoration, Banishment, Heal, Blade Barrier

1/day each: Sunbeam, True Resurrection, Divine Word, Meteor Swarm, Wish

Actions

Multiattack. Yaoshi makes three actions per turn: one with their Divine Strike, one with Starfire Bloom, and one use of a Mythic Ability.

Divine Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 45 (6d10 + 10) radiant damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 27 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Starfire Bloom(Recharge 5-6) . Yaoshi summons radiant flowers in a 60-foot radius centered on a point within 120 feet. Each creature in that area must make a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw, taking 90 (20d8) radiant damage on a failed save or half as much on a success. Creatures who fail the save are blinded for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn.

Sovereign Radiance (1/Day). Yaoshi channels their divine power, releasing radiant energy in a 300-foot radius. Each creature of Yaoshi’s choice in the area must make a DC 27 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 120 (30d10) radiant damage and is paralyzed for 1 minute. On a success, they take half as much damage and are not paralyzed. 

Bonus Actions

Celestial Step. Yaoshi teleports up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space they can see.

Blooming Surge. An ally of Yaoshi’s choice within 60 feet immediately regains 30 hit points.

Reactions

Divine Retribution. When Yaoshi is hit by a melee attack, they can cause radiant energy to erupt from their body. The attacker must make a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw, taking 40 (9d8) radiant damage on a failed save or half as much on a success.

Abundant Shield. When an ally within 30 feet is targeted by an attack, Yaoshi can grant them a shimmering shield of light, imposing disadvantage on the attack roll.

Legendary Actions

Yaoshi can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Yaoshi regains spent legendary actions at the start of their turn.

Abundant Rebirth. A creature of Yaoshi’s choice within 60 feet regains 50 hit points and is freed from any negative conditions affecting them.

Starburst Flare. Yaoshi creates a burst of radiant energy at a point they can see within 120 feet. Each creature within 20 feet must make a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw, taking 40 (9d8) radiant damage on a failed save or half as much on a success.

Shimmering Step. Yaoshi teleports up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space they can see.

Mythic Actions

When Yaoshi enters their Mythic Form, they gain the following abilities:

Eternal Blossom (Mythic Aura). Yaoshi’s aura now extends to 1,000 feet. Allies regain 50 hit points at the start of their turn, and enemies take 50 radiant damage at the start of theirs.

Mythic Starfire Cascade (Recharge 6). Yaoshi summons a storm of radiant energy, affecting all creatures within 300 feet. Each creature must make a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw, taking 180 (40d8) radiant damage on a failed save or half as much on a success.

Cycle of Abundance (1/Day). Yaoshi reverses death itself. Every ally of Yaoshi within 300 feet who has died within the last 24 hours is resurrected at full hit points and teleported to an unoccupied space within the aura.

Description

Yaoshi is the manifestation of abundance and healing, a celestial deity with control over life and radiant power. Their form is elegant and terrifying, their divine presence a source of endless life for allies and an overwhelming force of radiant destruction for enemies. Yaoshi appears as a colossal, otherworldly being wreathed in light, flowers, and star-like blooms, embodying both nurturing creation and unstoppable divine wrath.
