Antimagic Susceptibility. The armor is incapacitated while in the area of an antimagic field. If targeted by dispel magic, the armor must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or fall unconscious for 1 minute.

False Appearance. While the armor remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a normal suit of armor.

Invisibility (Recharge 5-6).
The Assassin can use its bonus action to turn invisible for 1 minute. It becomes visible if it attacks or casts a spell.

Sneak Attack.
Once per turn, the Assassin can deal an additional 14 (4d6) damage when it hits a creature with a finesse or ranged weapon attack if the creature is surprised or if the Assassin has advantage on the attack roll.

Spellcasting.
The Assassin is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 12, +4 to hit with spell attacks). The Assassin has the following spells prepared:

  • Cantrips (at will): Mage Hand, Minor Illusion, Prestidigitation

Unnerving Dodge.
When a creature the Assassin can see attacks it with an attack roll, the Assassin can use its reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll.

Its arsenal includes magical defenses, deceptive spells, and devastating sneak attacks, making it a lethal opponent for those unaware of its presence. Though it lacks speech, its actions speak volumes, using invisibility and surprise to eliminate its targets with deadly efficiency.
