Posted Aug 21, 2026it would not have roared. more like a low rumbling lika an alligator. you´d likely never notice a tyrannosaur stalking you or sneaking up on you.
Roaring is a thing mostly mammals do, not reptiles,they dont have vocal structure for it.

Posted Aug 21, 2026the party should not be able to run from it. Tyrannosaur, though not fast, was a persistant predator, it would simply power walk down a prey by tiring it out. You cant out run it or easily hide from it, hope you find a more suitable prey it be interested in.
if you want speedy Tyrannosaurs, use sub adult ones, they have proportionally longer legs or look up Albertosaurus
